Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected health, wellness, and weight loss products.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Expired or near-expiry product (if applicable)
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Items with opened seals or signs of use will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Customized, bulk, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
